The purpose of the Board of Visitors is to assist the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and advise the University Administration and the Board of Trustees in order to assure that the College offers the highest quality in health science education.<\/p>\n
The Administration and the Board will aid College faculty, staff, and students in keeping focused on achieving its Vision and Mission, within the parameters of the University\u2019s strategic plan, and defining and implementing standards in excellence in faculty-student partnerships, intellectual development, and service.\u00a0 The administration and the Board will attend to environmental trends and community health professional educational needs as they relate to College planning, programs, and activities.<\/p>\n
Nominations are being accepted for new College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences Board of Visitors members.\u00a0 Nominations will be accepted from faculty, staff, friends, trustees and the Butler University Alumni Association. Nominations are due by April 1, 2010.
