Sporting Gray Nike Airs low tops
Black Dickies with the crease
Sagging deep, exposing their boxers,
Blunt smoke in the air, Newport smoke, and Kools
Shoes on the power lines, old Nikes and Jordans,
Sounds of Waka banging on the ground
Chevys, Cadillacs and Oldsmobiles
Candy red, blue and green
24’s, 28’s and 30 inch rims
Riding through the street fast
Hanging out with girls
Making them happy
Cursing out loud when they’re mad
Fighting over things
Kids running around
Dogs barking in the middle of the night
This is my block
