THERE\u2019S A MOUSE IN MY HOUSE!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Little feet skitter across the floor.<br \/>\nBeady eyes look,<br \/>\nSearching for something more.<br \/>\nHarmless, it looks.<br \/>\nWell, at least to me.<\/p>\n<p>Little mouse,<br \/>\nCaged in the wall.<br \/>\nWhy won\u2019t you set yourself free?<br \/>\nThe air in here is suffocating.<br \/>\nThe people are lazy and boring.<\/p>\n<p>Yet when you come out,<br \/>\nYour eyes always<br \/>\nSearch, search, search<br \/>\nWhat are you looking for,<br \/>\nLittle mouse?<\/p>\n<p>Why search my humble home,<br \/>\nWhere the air is dry as a bone,<br \/>\nWhere my mom hides lurking in the shadows,<br \/>\nWhere my siblings hide poison beneath the sink?<\/p>\n<p>Are you lonely, little mouse?<br \/>\nAre you scouting for a humble house,<br \/>\nA place to call home,<br \/>\nWhere you no longer feel alone?<br \/>\nWhy not out in the world, little mouse?<\/p>\n<p>I feel so trapped in this house.<br \/>\nWalls, walls<br \/>\nClosing in.<br \/>\nSometimes I feel like giving in<br \/>\nTo the madness of being caged.<\/p>\n<p>Little mouse, between my mittens,<br \/>\nEscape!<br \/>\nBe fr\u2013<br \/>\nOh no,<br \/>\nYou were just eaten by a kitten.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>by DAEZY \u201cEEEEEEEEEKKK!\u201d Mom shrieks.
