And<br \/>\nAll we did was leave a small indentation,<br \/>\nA bad scar, a bad memory<br \/>\nShaping how the earth\u2019s crust forms<br \/>\nAnd soon we could move mountains<br \/>\nAnd harness the power of thunderous storms.<br \/>\nBut that\u2019s in the future and, even still, the world goes on.<br \/>\nAnd don\u2019t get me wrong, don\u2019t get it twisted.<br \/>\nWe did good things too, but<br \/>\nWe throw them away like we didn\u2019t even miss it.<br \/>\nBecause its easy to get bored easily,<br \/>\nSo we build new toys to give us happiness<br \/>\nLet&#8217;s reminisce, no stop reminiscing<br \/>\nIf I did this I did that<br \/>\nBecause really we\u2019re just scared of success<br \/>\nNo one&#8217;s scared of the future; we\u2019re scared of the present.<br \/>\nBut the world goes on,<br \/>\nAnd this is how we live it,<br \/>\nThis is how we see it, touch it, smell it, cuddle it,<br \/>\nAnd still the world goes on,<br \/>\nAnd no matter what we do,<br \/>\nIt will never stop turning.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>by <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.butler.edu\/exclusiveink\/tag\/isiah\/\">ISIAH<\/a> <\/p>\n<p>From mutation to evolutions,<br \/> The no thoughts and the thought of<br \/> The world goes on.<br \/> Due to the little change that we brought on.<br \/> I mean who cares about the<br \/> Panic attacks, the global warming climax<br \/> And humanities collapse<br \/> Because the world goes on.
