How easy is that?<\/p>\n<p>Mini Chicken Burgers<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 lb. ground chicken (or turkey)<\/li>\n<li>1 egg<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup bread crumbs (plain or seasoned)<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. minced garlic (optional)<\/li>\n<li>Honey-wheat King&#8217;s Hawaiian rolls (or other mini burger bun)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In a large bowl, mix together ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, and garlic. Form mixture into 8 mini burgers. \u00a0Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Be sure to spray with a non-stick cooking spray. Cook burgers for about 4 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through.
