Flu shots will be available while supplies last during the days and times below.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Please allow 20 minutes in your schedule<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><\/b><b>Bring your Butler ID with you<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>Must be 18 or have parental consent<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><\/b>To save time, please bring a completed <a title=\"2013 Flu Shot Consent Form\" href=\"http:\/\/news.butler.edu\/connection\/files\/2013-Flu-Shot-Consent-Form_fill-in2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"broken_link\"><strong>Flu Shot Clinic Consent Form<\/strong><\/a> with you. Please fill out everything <strong>ABOVE the dotted line<\/strong>.
