If you use salt be sure to adjust the nutritional info.<\/p>\n<p>Zesty Lime Shrimp and Avocado Salad<br \/>\nGina&#8217;s Weight Watcher Recipes<br \/>\nServings: 4 \u2022 Serving Size: 7\/8 cup \u2022 Old Points: 4 pt \u2022 Points+: 5 pt<br \/>\nCalories: 210.4 \u2022 Fat: 9.2 g \u2022 Protein: 25.1 g \u2022 Carb: 7.8 g \u2022 Fiber: 3.6 g \u2022 Sugar: 0.6<br \/>\nSodium without salt: 260.8 mg<\/p>\n<p>1 lb jumbo cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined, chopped*<br \/>\n1 medium tomato, diced<br \/>\n1 hass avocado, diced<br \/>\n1 jalapeno, seeds removed, diced fine<br \/>\n1\/4 cup chopped red onion<br \/>\n2 limes, juice of<br \/>\n1 tsp olive oil<br \/>\n1 tbsp chopped cilantro<br \/>\nsalt and fresh pepper to taste<br \/>\nIn a small bowl combine red onion, lime juice, olive oil, pinch of salt and pepper. Let them marinate at least 5 minutes to mellow the flavor of the onion.<\/p>\n<p>In a large bowl combine chopped shrimp, avocado, tomato, jalape\u00f1o.
