The key is to first acknowledge how you\u2019re feeling. It\u2019s okay to feel what you feel. Then try one of these \u201cblah blasters\u201d to revive and rejuvenate yourself:<\/p>\n<p>1. \u00a0<strong>Celebrate the good stuff<\/strong>. \u00a0<em>Looking on the bright side might seem trivial, but shifting your mindset to positive thoughts can have a huge impact on your overall attitude and energy level.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>2. \u00a0<strong>Boost your energy<\/strong>. \u00a0<em>Stretch, jog in place, or climb some stairs. Get moving and shake off any tension and stress. Act like a kid \u00a0\u2013 \u00a0run around and play.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>3. \u00a0<strong>Eat a snack<\/strong>. Munch<em>\u00a0on some whole grain crackers with a dab of peanut butter. Or grab a handful of nuts or other healthy treat.
