Complete what you can, and delegate or reschedule the rest whenever possible.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"TextAccent\">\u2713<\/span> <strong>Get coverage.<\/strong> Identify people who can do important tasks while you\u2019re away; prepare them for what they\u2019ll be doing, and leave detailed instructions.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"TextAccent\">\u2713 <\/span><strong>Plan your first day back.<\/strong> Avoid scheduling meetings and conference calls for your first post-vacation day if you can.
