No reservation required. No tour if it\u2019s raining cats and dogs.<\/p>\n<p>Wear comfortable shoes. The tour is accessible for people using wheelchairs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Parking:\u00a0<\/strong>If you have good parking karma, hunt for a spot on the street, or choose one of the parking garages close to the Circle, in the flanking blocks on Pennsylvania, Illinois, and Ohio streets.
