Try these tips to do both!<\/div>\n<div>\n<div id=\"ratingsDiv\">\u00a0Yes, we all have long days at work where we start craving something sweet or need something salty to help us snap out of the workday lull, but if you\u2019re smart about how you snack you\u2019ll feel, and maybe even look, better. And who doesn\u2019t want that?<\/div>\n<article class=\"print-section\">As boring as \u201chealthy snacks\u201d might sound, you\u2019d be surprised at just how tasty they are, all the new things you\u2019ll get to try, and how easy they are to tote around with you on the go. (Seriously, they fit in your laptop bag, purse, workout bag or backpack just as easily as the prepackaged stuff.)So, let\u2019s toss the excuses aside and run through some of the healthy, nutritious items that you should be adding to the top of your grocery list.<\/p>\n<h3>First: Munchies that crunch.<\/h3>\n<p><strong>So we\u2019re talking about:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Apples and pears<\/li>\n<li>Carrot and celery sticks<\/li>\n<li>Bell pepper slices<\/li>\n<li>Zucchini or cucumber circles (Sounds fancy, huh?)<\/li>\n<li>Roasted chickpeas<\/li>\n<li>Broccoli and cauliflower florets<\/li>\n<li>Popcorn (It\u2019s a whole grain! Who knew?)<\/li>\n<li>Rice cakes and whole-grain crackers<\/li>\n<li>Nuts and seeds (Hit those good fats!)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Second: Rethink your drink.<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ditch your high-sugar go-to and try:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Plain or sparkling water (Not glam enough?
