But you don&#8217;t have to exercise until you\u2019re soaked in sweat or every muscle aches to make a big difference to your health. Think about activities that you enjoy and how you can incorporate them into an exercise routine:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"arrows\">\n<li>Listen to music or an audiobook while lifting weights.<\/li>\n<li>Window shopping while walking laps at the mall.<\/li>\n<li>Get competitive while playing tennis.<\/li>\n<li>Take photographs on a nature hike.<\/li>\n<li>Meet new people at a yoga class or fitness center.<\/li>\n<li>Watch a favorite movie or TV show while on the treadmill.<\/li>\n<li>Instead of chatting with a friend over coffee, chat while walking, stretching, or strength training.<\/li>\n<li>Walk the golf course instead of using a cart.<\/li>\n<li>Walk or play fetch with a dog. If you don\u2019t own a dog, offer to take a neighbor\u2019s dog for a walk or volunteer at a pet shelter or rescue group.<\/li>\n<li>Go for a run, walk, or cycle when you\u2019re feeling stressed\u2014see how much better you feel afterwards.<\/li>\n<li>Find an exercise buddy, someone whose company you really enjoy, and try activities you\u2019ve never tried before\u2014you may find something you love.
