What\u2019s more, the step-count feature now built into many\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.consumerreports.org\/smartphones\/is-a-smartphone-or-smartwatch-good-enough-fitness-tracker\/\">smartwatches and smartphones<\/a>\u00a0also fared well, we found.<\/p>\n<p>But beyond technical proficiency, will trackers help you reach the goals you have for using one?
