Put the cable pulley at about chest-height, and stand with it directly to the left of the\u00a0body. Grip a handle in both hands with fingers laced together, straighten the arms out in front, keep back straight and tall, while simultaneously stepping backwards into a lunge\u00a0with the\u00a0left foot so the left knee is close to the ground.
