Not sure what&#8217;s in season? \u00a0The Indiana Department of Agriculture has a great <a title=\"Indiana Fruit and Vegetable Harvest Calendar\" href=\"http:\/\/www.in.gov\/apps\/ISDA_FarmersMarket\/seasonalChart.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">online harvest calendar<\/a> that will tell you what&#8217;s in season this fall.<\/p>\n<p>So, what&#8217;s looking good this October?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Apples<\/li>\n<li>Beets<\/li>\n<li>Broccoli<\/li>\n<li>Carrots<\/li>\n<li>Potatoes<\/li>\n<li>Pumpkins<\/li>\n<li>Winter Squash<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And that&#8217;s just to name a few!<\/p>\n<p>While many local farmer&#8217;s markets might be drawing to a close for the season, there are still a variety of opportunities to get your hands on local produce.
