Signs include excessive thirst,\u00a0weakness,\u00a0headache, and loss of consciousness.<\/li>\n<li>Salt depletion. Signs include\u00a0nausea and vomiting,\u00a0muscle cramps, and\u00a0dizziness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Although heat exhaustion isn&#8217;t as serious as\u00a0heat stroke, it isn&#8217;t something to be taken lightly.
