Yay! Finals are coming to an end! Let the Holidays begin! How did I unwind this Wednesday? SLEEP! I got some much needed Z’s after my last final as an undergraduate. Looking back, I probably could have done a little better on my finals if I had a little more sleep. However, when you get in a groove, it is so tempting to pull an “all-nighter,” But if you want the grade, sometimes it’s best to hit the hay. Here’s why:
So just remember, eating right and working out (and maybe hints of caffeine) might help you focus for a little bit, but NOTHING can take the place of a good night’s sleep. So, if you have been working on something for a while, take a break, get your jammies on and hit the hay, and be ready to come back at it stronger tomorrow! Celebrate when they are done by rewarding yourself with some sleep! Have a healthy and happy Holiday Break!
