The HRC has a fun and friendly staff who enjoy working out and taking care of their bodies. The purpose of this blog is to help those who either share a similar passion or who want to build a foundation for a healthier lifestyle. As we aim towards this healthier lifestyle, we are contributing to something even larger –a fitness revolution. That being said, this site is a resource, not a weight loss program or any exclusive club. It is simply a way to connect with the recreation staff and other students. Through these connections we do not just make a change, but commit to the lifestyle choice of being physically fit.
