As a trainer and student of Butler University, my goal is to establish a strong healthy foundation, merging fitness and fun.  I hope this blog is a useful tool for anyone interested in being physically active, whether you are a skeptical beginner or an experienced enthusiast.  I am not here to prescribe, schedule or alter your lifestyle, but to help enhance your fitness level and your experiences not only at the HRC, but wherever your fitness journey may take you.

We are learning together, and questions and comments are always welcome.  I like you, wish to strengthen my knowledge on fitness and nutrition, and am always eager to obtain new information.  My sources come from a variety of fitness journals, magazines, bloggers, and other enthusiasts.  This information is posted for your benefit so use whatever might seem to cater best to your lifestyle.
