How do I view or edit my personal data (faculty/staff view)?

1. Login and click  Self Service  Personal Information. You may now update your address, phone numbers, email addresses and emergency contacts from this location. Instructions to update each item at this location are listed below.

To Change Your Home Address

1. Click on the Home and Mailing Address link.
2. Click on the “edit” button.
3. On the next screen, delete the old address, type in the new address and the date that you want the change to become effective. Click the “Save” button.

To Change Your Telephone Numbers

1. Click on the Phone Numbers link.
2. Edit your phone numbers as desired. To add a phone number, click the Add a Phone Number button.
3. When finished, click the Save button.

To Add an Email Address

1. Click on the Email Addresses link.
2. Click the Add an Email Address button.
3. Select the email type of “Other” and type in your email address.
4. Click the Save button.

To Add an Emergency Contact

1. Click on the Emergency Contacts link.
2. If you have never supplied an emergency contact before, click the Add an Emergency Contact button.
3. Complete the address and phone options following the onscreen instructions.
4. When finished, click the Save button.
5. Click OK on the confirmation screen to return to the Emergency Contacts page.
6. If you have more than one emergency contact, designate the primary contact by clicking the Change the primary contact button and selecting your desired primary contact from the dropdown list. Click Save and then OK on the confirmation screen to return to the Emergency Contacts page.

To View Ethnicity Data

1. Click on the Ethnicity Inquiry link. Ethnicity data may be viewed, but changes to the data must be made by contacting Human Resources.

Tip: To update your name(s), please submit an Address/Name Change form and submit it along with other appropriate documentation to the Office of Human Resources.
