- Login and click Self Service > Student Center.
- In the Finances area, under the Financial Aid heading, click the Review / Accept / Decline Financial Aid link.
- Click the link for the current year.
- Your Award Packagepage appears. Accept/Decline any or all of the awards currently available.Note: To accept less than the amount offered, check the Acceptbox and enter the desired accepted amount.Note for 2009-2010: If you accept Federal Stafford Loan(s), you must select a lender by clicking the Select Stafford Lender button. (The button is available after you click Accept on the Federal Stafford Loan.)
- When you have checked the appropriate action for awards you wish to accept or decline, check the box labelled Accept the Financial Aid Terms/Conditions and click the button. The Office of Financial Aid encourages you to review the Financial Aid Terms/Conditions, which is available via a link below the check box.
Tip: To e-mail a summary of your financial aid awards to your Butler email account (as an Adobe Acrobat file), click E-mail Financial Aid Award Summary to myself. You may also print this page from your browser if you wish to have a paper copy.
Note: If you need to report aid from outside awards , you can proceed to that step from this screen by clicking the Report Other Financial Aid link in the lower right corner.
