  1. Login<\/a> and click \"arrow\"<\/a>\u00a0Self Service<\/strong> > Student Center<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Under the Personal Information<\/strong> area, locate the User Preferences <\/strong>link and click it.<\/li>\n
  3. On the User Preferences<\/strong> page, make sure the Institution<\/strong> listed is “Butler University.”<\/li>\n
  4. From the Academic Career<\/strong> dropdown, select either “Graduate” or “Undergraduate.”<\/li>\n
  5. In the Term<\/strong> text box, type in the current term code; or click the magnifying glass \"magnifying<\/a> button, then click \"Look<\/a> to select from a list of available term codes. (For more information about term codes, see What are term codes?<\/a>)<\/li>\n
  6. Click the green \"save<\/a>button.<\/li>\n
  7.
