  1. Login<\/a> and click \"arrow\"<\/a>\u00a0Self Service<\/strong> > Student Center<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Under the Finances<\/strong> area and the Financial Aid <\/strong>heading, locate the Report Other Financial Aid <\/em> link.<\/li>\n
  3. Select the appropriate aid year link for the academic year in which you want to report.<\/li>\n
  4. Click on the \"Report<\/a> button.<\/li>\n
  5. Under the Award\u00a0<\/em>dropdown, select the desired option.
    \nNOTE<\/strong>: The Award<\/em> field and the Type<\/em> field work together to describe the type of aid you’re reporting. If you select one of the “Outside Schol. X Rpt”<\/em> options, the Type<\/em> is automatically set to be “Scholarship<\/em>.”<\/li>\n
  6. If necessary, select the desired Type<\/em>.<\/li>\n
  7. Enter the name of the award in the Description<\/em> text box.<\/li>\n
  8. Check the Tuition Only?<\/em> checkbox if this award is designated to be used toward tuition costs only.<\/li>\n
  9. Check the Renewable?<\/em> checkbox if you will be receiving this award in future years.<\/li>\n
  10. Enter the Amount<\/em> in dollars and cents.<\/li>\n
  11. Click the \"save<\/a> button and then the \"OK<\/a> button.<\/li>\n
  12. If you need to report more than one scholarship, click the \"Add<\/a> button to add another row, and click the \"save<\/a> button when you’re done.<\/li>\n
  13. To return to the Student Center<\/strong>, click the Return to List of Aid from Other Sources<\/em> link. Then click on the Go To\u2026<\/em> dropdown at the top or bottom of the screen and select Student Center<\/em>. Click the \"go<\/a> button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
