  1. Log in<\/a> and click Self Service \"arrow\"<\/a>\u00a0Advisor Center \"arrow\"<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0My Advisees<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Click the View Student Details<\/em> link to the right of the desired student. If the student isn’t an advisee of yours, click the button, then the Search<\/em> button to find the student by name or 9-digit ID number.<\/li>\n
  3. Under the Academics<\/em> heading of the Advisee Student Center<\/strong>, click on the Advisor Enrollment Request <\/em>link.<\/li>\n
  4. Make sure the Academic Career<\/em>, Academic Institution<\/em> (BUTLR), and Term<\/em> are correct and click the Add button.<\/li>\n
  5. Enter the 4-digit class number and press the tab key -OR- click the Lookup<\/em>button to search for a class.Important:<\/strong> To enter a lab\u2014if needed\u2014click the lookup button for the Related 1<\/em> field and choose a lab. If nothing is listed, you do not need to enter a lab for this class.\n

    Important:<\/strong> If you are using a class permission number, enter the number in the Permission field on the Other Class Info<\/em> tab before you click Submit. If you forget, locate the entry, enter the number, and click Submit again.<\/li>\n

  6. To add more classes, click the Add Row<\/em> button and go back to step 5 above and add another class. Continue until you finish entering all the student’s desired classes.<\/li>\n
  7. Click the Submit<\/em> button and check the status message on the Class Enrollment <\/em>tab. If Status = Success<\/em>, then you have successfully enrolled the student.<\/li>\n
  8. If Status = Errors<\/em>, then you have an error. To view it, click the Errors<\/em>link and take appropriate steps. (For example, change the class number and submit again; put in the lab that you forgot; etc.)Tip: <\/strong>If you get this message:

    \nIt means you’ve clicked the     \"Plus<\/a>\u00a0button at least one too many times and you have an empty Class Number<\/em> field. You need to delete the empty row(s) before posting.
