  1. Login<\/a> and click \"arrow\"<\/a>\u00a0BU Campus Solutions \"arrow\"<\/a>\u00a0BU Advisor Access \"arrow\"<\/a>\u00a0Use<\/strong> \"arrow\"<\/a>\u00a0Print Multiple Study Lists<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. The Print Multiple Study Lists\u00a0<\/strong>page\u00a0appears. Click the search button: if a Run Control ID<\/em>is returned in your results, click on the link and proceed to step 3 below. If not, follow the steps below.<\/li>\n
  3. Click the Add New Value<\/strong> link.<\/li>\n
  4. Enter “MSL” in the Run Control ID<\/strong> field and click the yellow\u00a0Add<\/em> button.(Note<\/strong>: If the system says ‘The value you\u00a0tried to add already exists’, simply click ETG<\/strong> link at the bottom of the\u00a0page and continue to step 3.) Continue to step 4.<\/li>\n
  5. Click the yellow Search<\/strong> button, click the “MSL” link. The Study List <\/strong>page appears.<\/li>\n
  6. Enter the current term, then under the “Report on Multiple Students” column on the right-hand side of the screen, enter your desired criteria. You can enter data in more than one field, but you should enter data in at least one field. Use the \"magnifying<\/a>\u00a0to review your search options.<\/li>\n
  7. Click the yellow Run<\/strong> button in the upper right corner. The Process Scheduler Request<\/strong>page appears. Make sure there is\u00a0a checkmark in the ‘Student Class Schedule’ check box and that the following\u00a0fields are set:<\/li>\n
  8. Server Name<\/strong>: PSNT<\/li>\n
  9. Type<\/strong>: Web<\/li>\n
  10. Format<\/strong>: PDF<\/li>\n
  11. Click the yellow OK<\/strong> button. You will return to the Study List <\/strong>page.<\/li>\n
  12. Click the Report Manager<\/strong> link. You should see your report listed at\u00a0the top with a status listed in the Status <\/em>column on the far right (not\u00a0the Status drop-down list). Click the yellow Refresh<\/strong> button until the\u00a0Status = Posted<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  13. Click the Student Class Schedule <\/strong>link that appears in the Description<\/em> column.
