You may now update your address, phone numbers, email addresses and emergency contacts from this location. Instructions to update each item at this location are listed below.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h5>To Change Your Home Address<\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li>Click on the <strong>Home and Mailing Address<\/strong> link.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the &#8220;edit&#8221; button.<\/li>\n<li>On the next screen, delete the old address, type in the new address and the date that you want the change to become effective. Click the &#8220;Save&#8221; button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h5>To Change Your Telephone Numbers<\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li>Click on the <strong>Phone Numbers<\/strong> link.<\/li>\n<li>Edit your phone numbers as desired. To add a phone number, click the <strong>Add a Phone Number <\/strong>button.<\/li>\n<li>When finished, click the <strong>Save<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h5>To Add an Email Address<\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li>Click on the <strong>Email Addresses<\/strong> link.<\/li>\n<li>Click the <strong>Add an Email Address<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<li>Select the email type of &#8220;Other&#8221; and type in your email address.<\/li>\n<li>Click the <strong>Save<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h5>To Add an Emergency Contact<\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li>Click on the <strong>Emergency Contacts<\/strong> link.<\/li>\n<li>If you have never supplied an emergency contact before, click the <strong>Add an Emergency Contact<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<li>Complete the address and phone options following the onscreen instructions.<\/li>\n<li>When finished, click the<strong> Save<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>OK<\/strong> on the confirmation screen to return to the <strong>Emergency Contacts<\/strong> page.<\/li>\n<li>If you have more than one emergency contact, designate the primary contact by clicking the <strong>Change the primary contact<\/strong> button and selecting your desired primary contact from the dropdown list. Click <strong>Save<\/strong> and then <strong>OK<\/strong> on the confirmation screen to return to the <strong>Emergency Contacts<\/strong> page.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h5>To View Ethnicity Data<\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li>Click on the <strong> Ethnicity Inquiry<\/strong> link.
