An advisor has two ways to access early term grades\u2014via BU Campus Solutions<\/em> or the Advisor Center<\/em>. Accessing early term grades through BU Campus Solutions allows you to print a pdf report, while the Advisor Center allows you to see early term grades details as the student sees it onscreen in the Student Center.<\/p>\n

Using BU Campus Solutions<\/h5>\n
    \n
  1. Login<\/a> and click \"arrow\"<\/a>\u00a0BU Campus Solutions \"arrow\"<\/a>\u00a0BU Advisor Access \"arrow\"<\/a>\u00a0Process > Early Term Grade Report<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. In the search screen that appears, enter the desired term code and student ID number into the appropriate text boxes.

    \nNOTE<\/strong>: If you do not know the appropriate term code or student ID number, click on the     \"magnifying<\/a>\u00a0button to the right of the text box to search.<\/li>\n
  3. Click the \"Print<\/a>button.<\/li>\n
  4. A processing window will pop up, and your early term grade report will eventually display in this window.
    \nNOTE: You must have popups enabled within your browser settings to see this report. Please consult your browser’s settings and help files to enable popups.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Using the Advisor Center<\/h5>\n

    1. Login<\/a> and click \"arrow\"<\/a>\u00a0Self Service \"arrow\"<\/a>\u00a0Advisor Center >> My Advisees.<\/li>\n
    2. Click the View Student Details<\/em> link to the right of the desired student. If the student isn’t your advisee, click the \"View<\/a>\u00a0button to search for a student by name or 9-digit ID number.<\/li>\n
    3. Under the Academics<\/strong> heading, select Early Term Grades<\/em> from the dropdown list and click the button.<\/li>\n
    4. Select the desired term. Click the \"continue<\/a>\u00a0button.
