Viewing class rosters requires instructor or advisor access<\/a>. If you don’t have this access, your department secretary or another member of the faculty can print class rosters out for you. Or, you can contact the help desk at ext. 4357 (940-4357) and say: ‘I’m an adjunct at Butler and I need access to my class rosters in the MyButler<\/em> portal. Please put in a request with the security administrator to grant instructor access for me.’<\/p>\n

  1. Login<\/a> and click \"arrow\"<\/a>\u00a0BU Campus Solutions<\/strong> \"arrow\"<\/a>\u00a0BU Advisor Access<\/strong> \"arrow\"<\/a>\u00a0Use<\/strong> > View Class Roster \/Wait List<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Enter search criteria (i.e. subject area and catalog nbr like SP 102). If you don’t know the subject area, click the Look up<\/strong> \"magnifying<\/a>\u00a0button to search.<\/li>\n
  3. Make sure the “Academic Institution” (BUTLR) and “Term” are correct and click the yellow Search<\/strong> button. Either you’ll be taken directly to the class or the search results appear at the bottom: click the class you want.<\/li>\n
  4. The class roster page appears. Click the Print Class Roster Photos <\/strong>link in the upper right corner to see the photos. A new window will pop up with the words “Running Report\u2026”<\/em> before the PDF of the students’ photos appears.<\/li>\n
  5.
