Instructors can\u00a0add additional instructors to their learning management system courses\u00a0(Moodle courses)<\/em> through My.Butler<\/em>, provided that individual has signed a Code of Responsibility form. Once the individual to whom you want to grant access has filled out the Code of Responsibility<\/a> form, follow the steps listed below to grant them access.<\/p>\n

Note<\/strong>: It may take up to 24 hours after completing these steps before your special enrollee gains access to your LMS course due to processing time requirements.<\/p>\n

  1. Login<\/a> to http:\/\/my.butler.edu<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Click Peoplesoft Campus Solutions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Click the Navbar icon in the upper right corner of the screen, then click Navigator<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. Click BU Campus Solutions >\u00a0BU Advisor Access\u00a0>\u00a0Use >\u00a0Assign Addl LMS Instructors<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  5. Find the course you wish to modify and click on the Enter Addl LMS Instructors<\/strong> link in the same row.<\/li>\n
  6. Click the magnifying glass\u00a0by the EmplID<\/em> box and search for the name or EmplID of the faculty or staff member you wish to add. Click on the desired name in the search results to select it.<\/li>\n
  7. Use the LMS Instructor Type<\/em> drop-down box to select whether you want this individual\u00a0to be an instructor<\/strong>, who appears on\u00a0the students’ course list (visible), or an instructional assistant<\/strong>, who is\u00a0not visible in the students’ course list (invisible).<\/li>\n
  8. If you want to add more than one additional instructor, click the plus sign to the right of your first entry, and complete steps 6 and 7 again.<\/li>\n
  9.
