You can switch from one advisee to another by changing the name selection in the <em>Change Advisee<\/em> dropdown and clicking on the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.butler.edu\/mybutlerhelp\/files\/2012\/09\/change.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-73\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.butler.edu\/mybutlerhelp\/files\/2012\/09\/change.gif\" alt=\"change button\" width=\"73\" height=\"23\" \/><\/a>\u00a0button.<\/p>\n<p>From this location you can:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>view your advisee&#8217;s class schedule.<\/li>\n<li>view your advisee&#8217;s shopping cart.<\/li>\n<li>enroll your advisee in classes.<\/li>\n<li>view placement test results.<\/li>\n<li>review your advisee&#8217;s progress toward earning their degree.<\/li>\n<li>review their grades.<\/li>\n<li>generate an unofficial transcript.<\/li>\n<li>review their transfer credits.<\/li>\n<li>see a student&#8217;s holds and to do list.<\/li>\n<li>view the student&#8217;s enrollment appointment.<\/li>\n<li>find the student&#8217;s home and local address, telephone, email and emergency contact information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>General Info<\/h4>\n<p>This area displays general information about your selected advisee in list format about:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>service indicators, including the area where you can remove an advising hold.<\/li>\n<li>student groups<\/li>\n<li>addresses<\/li>\n<li>email addresses<\/li>\n<li>checklists<\/li>\n<li>personal data<\/li>\n<li>telephone numbers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Transfer Credit<\/h4>\n<p>This area displays basic information about any transfer credit that a student may have brought with them to Butler.<\/p>\n<h4>Academics<\/h4>\n<p>This area shows the degree a student is working toward, including the college they are associated with and any majors or minors.
