There are two ways to get a list of your advisees.<\/p>\n

Using Advisor Center<\/em><\/h4>\n
    \n
      \n
    1. Login<\/a> and click \"arrow\"<\/a>\u00a0Self Service \"arrow\"<\/a>\u00a0Advisor Center \"arrow\"<\/a>\u00a0My Advisees<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    2. Your advisees names and ID numbers are listed on the page. Note<\/strong>: You may need to click the View All<\/em> link to see the complete list of your advisees.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/ol>\n

      Note<\/strong>: You can also email your advisees<\/a> from this screen as well. Click on the name link to email an individual student, or use the check boxes to select a group of advisees to email by using the \"Notify<\/a>\u00a0button.<\/p>\n

      Using Query<\/em><\/h4>\n
        \n
          \n
        1. Login<\/a>\u00a0and click \"arrow\"<\/a>\u00a0CS Tools \"arrow\"<\/a>\u00a0Query Viewer<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
        2. In the search text box on the Query Viewer<\/strong> page, type in BU_SR_ADVISOR_STUDENTS<\/em> and click the Search<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n
        3. Click on the HTML<\/em> link. (Note: You will still have an opportunity to save the results as an Excel spreadsheet later, if you wish.)<\/li>\n
        4. A new window will appear. Enter the current term code<\/a> and your ID number in the Advisor ID<\/em> box. Then click View Results.<\/strong><\/li>\n
        5. The results will appear on your screen. If you want to save the results as an Excel spreadsheet, click on the Excel Spreadsheet<\/strong> link in the upper left on the results screen.<\/li>\n
        6.
