approved<\/em> by noon on Monday of each week.\u00a0\u00a0 The time entries are then converted to &#8220;Payable Time&#8221; in the payroll system to generate pay checks.\u00a0 Time that is not approved does <em>not<\/em> go to the payroll system and may result in an employee going <em>unpaid<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>In comparison with the <em>Approve Time<\/em> page, this timesheet page will display <strong>all<\/strong> employees, rather than only those needing an approval.<\/p>\n<p>Bi-weekly staff time reporters and supervisors can enter and correct time on this page.\u00a0 Time can be corrected retroactively for the pay period immediately prior to the current pay period.\u00a0 Any changes necessary after that point must be communicated to the Payroll Department.\u00a0 Student
