You can view the roster of a class you’re teaching, including photos of the students, by visiting the Faculty Center<\/em>. If you want to print out any class roster, complete with student photos, use the ‘View Class Roster\/Wait List’ link available under BU Campus Solutions<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Viewing Class Rosters from Faculty Center<\/em><\/h4>\n

  1. Login<\/a> and click \"arrow\"<\/a>\u00a0Self Service \"arrow\"<\/a>\u00a0Faculty Center > My Schedule<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. If needed, select the \"Change<\/a>. Click on the radio button next to the desired term, then click \"continue<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  3. Click the \"Class<\/a>\u00a0class roster icon appearing to the left of the desired class. The roster appears on the screen.<\/li>\n
  4. To view student photos with the roster, click the radio button next to Include photos in list<\/strong> on the Select display option<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Printing Class Rosters from BU Campus Solutions<\/em><\/h4>\n

    1. Login<\/a> and click \"arrow\"<\/a>BU Campus Solutions \"arrow\"<\/a>> BU Advisor Access \"arrow\"<\/a>\u00a0Use > View Class Roster\/Wait List<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    2. Enter search criteria (i.e. subject area and catalog nbr like SP 102). If you don’t know the subject area, click the Look up<\/strong> \"magnifying<\/a>\u00a0button to search.<\/li>\n
    3. Make sure the “Academic Institution” (BUTLR) and “Term” are correct and click the yellow Search<\/strong> button. Either you’ll be taken directly to the class or the search results appear at the bottom: click the class you want.<\/li>\n
    4. The class roster page appears. Click the Print Class Roster<\/strong> or Print Class Roster Photos <\/strong>link in the upper right corner to see the photos. A new window will pop up with the words “Running Report\u2026”<\/em> before the roster PDF appears.<\/li>\n
    5. Use the PDF print icon or your browser’s print functions to print the report.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
