Personal Fitness/Training Philosophy: My personal training style centers around the three main tenets of overall fitness: strength, balance/stability, and flexibility. I believe the three components of overall fitness stem from a strong core as this leads to coordinated and controlled peripheral motion. My clients can expect each session to begin with abdominal strength work followed by full body exercises tailored to their specific fitness level.
