Hobbies: I enjoy spending as much time as possible outdoors, whether I’m playing soccer, running, hiking, or hanging out with friends.

Personal Fitness/Training Philosophy: I am a firm believer that exercise is good for the body and mind. Not only does exercise improve your strength, endurance, mobility, stability, etc., it also improves your mental health. Being active is one of the best forms of stress relief there is, and I think you can learn a lot about yourself in the process. Through training and working hard, you are setting yourself up to live a happier, healthier life.
