Personal Fitness/Training Philosophy: I believe that being in good health is one of the most important things you can do for yourself, and I want to be the one to help you get there. By focusing on exercises that simultaneously work multiple muscles groups, learning proper form, and increasing the challenge overtime, you will meet your goals! It is essential to work hard and be dedicated, but having fun and enjoying the workout is just as important.
