Download Expression Encoder 4\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/download\/details.aspx?id=27870\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>2.) Install Expression Encoder.<\/p>\n<p>3.) Launch Expression Encoder 4.<\/p>\n<p>4.) Ensure &#8220;transcoding project&#8221; is selected, and hit OK<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"media-image\" src=\"http:\/\/support.panopto.com\/sites\/default\/files\/1_3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"712\" height=\"539\" \/><\/p>\n<p>5.) Now that the interface has loaded, drag your video file into the highlighted area. Now, click on the &#8220;Encode&#8221; tab.
