Click\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-846\" alt=\"Pause and Annotate\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.butler.edu\/quickguides\/files\/2014\/05\/2014-05-02-11_57_44-.png\" width=\"106\" height=\"9\" \/>\u00a0from the context menu that appears.<\/li>\n<li>At the top of the share pod, all of the whiteboard tools (<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-847\" alt=\"Whiteboard tools\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.butler.edu\/quickguides\/files\/2014\/05\/2014-05-02-12_01_14-Matts-Adobe-Connect-Test-Thing-Sharing-Adobe-Connect.png\" width=\"179\" height=\"16\" \/>) are available. You can use these tools to make notes on the screen without affecting the actual desktop applications that are in use.<\/li>\n<li>You can also allow participants to edit the presentation by changing their roles to Presenter.<\/li>\n<li>When done annotating, click the <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-848\" alt=\"Resume\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.butler.edu\/quickguides\/files\/2014\/05\/2014-05-02-12_02_11-Matts-Adobe-Connect-Test-Thing-Sharing-Adobe-Connect.png\" width=\"70\" height=\"23\" \/>\u00a0button.<\/li>\n<li>A participant can request access to edit the presentation. A small popup box will appear in the lower right portion of the screen.
