This resource is a lot like the Khan Academy, but it has many more resources. With each of the topics there is a video and a ton of worksheets.

http://www.mathmaster.org/

This is a free resource where teachers can make use of the extensive video library and endless supply of printable math worksheets from any computer with access to the web.

This website lists some alternative ways to assess students and gives descriptions of the different methods. Some include: assessing student understanding by promoting student discussion, taking time to observe, involving students in the development of rubrics, interviewing your students, and assigning self-assessments from your students to monitor their progress.
