{"id":1937,"date":"2011-12-09T18:19:21","date_gmt":"2011-12-09T23:19:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.butler.edu\/school60\/?p=1937"},"modified":"2011-12-09T18:19:21","modified_gmt":"2011-12-09T23:19:21","slug":"friendship-wreath","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/blogs.butler.edu\/school60\/2011\/12\/09\/friendship-wreath\/","title":{"rendered":"Friendship Wreath"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Happy Friday to you all!\u00a0 Today, Mrs. Thomas, came into our class to do a lesson on friendship.\u00a0 She sang &#8220;Rudolph, the Red-Nosed Reindeer&#8221; stopping at various points in the song when the other reindeer were not being very nice, and she talked about that.\u00a0 Then she discussed with the class ways to be a good friend or ways the reindeer could have been a good friend to Rudolph.\u00a0 The children came up with a myriad of ways to be a good friend including helping and sharing. Then the children cut out their handprint and glued it on a piece of paper to make a friendship wreath.
