we finish up learning about time, the kids are so happy to know that they can almost take their clocks home!\u00a0 Today, the kids used their clocks to quiz each other on different times.\u00a0 It was so great to walk around and hear, &#8220;Ok&#8230;here is a hard one&#8230;.show me 7:30!&#8221;\u00a0 They liked to challenge each other and see how far they could push on another!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_2542\" style=\"width: 310px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.butler.edu\/school60\/files\/2012\/02\/IMG_0706.jpg\"><img 300px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-2542\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Look at Salih and Selah work together!!<\/p><\/div>\n<p>While working together in math was impressive, I was blown away to see how well the kids worked together in yoga!\u00a0 Today Mrs. Williams taught us a series of partner poses.\u00a0 Each pose required partners to work together and trust one another.\u00a0 While I knew our classroom community was strong I was so pleased to see each and every partner working.\u00a0 They were not questioning, arguing, or fighting.\u00a0 They were all working together!\u00a0 I even told the kids, &#8220;If I had any more marbles to give you I would!&#8221;\u00a0 (too bad we just earned our marble party yesterday!)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We have
