Important HR Update!
After further reflection, I wanted to provide clarification on the response I provided at Staff Assembly on Wednesday 1/17/18 when I stated that the compensation communication letters will be distributed by supervisors. The correct response is that HR will give the division leaders the letters as they have been working very closely with HR on the compensation study and equity distributions. The division leaders are in the best position to answer questions given their role in this process.
