Nina Jablonski traces the evolution of human skin color in response to the environment and explores what skin color means in modern life, health, and society. A professor of Anthropology at Pennsylvania State University, Jablonski has received a Guggenheim Fellowship and other major honors for her scholarship and social action against racism.
