What resources would you encourage incoming students to utilize?
I would encourage students to step outside their comfort zone and visit the diversity center. It was definitely a transition coming to Butler as a minority, especially because my high school was so diverse, but the diversity center is a great tool for all students of all backgrounds to use as a way of getting to know someone else who is different than them.
What is your proudest moment as a Bulldog?
Receiving my full scholarship from Butler University in the mail was probably one of the proudest moments of my life and here at Butler. Also finding a community of girls at Alpha Phi where I am accepted and supported is a really proud moment of mine as well.
