What was your best memory of your freshman year?
The best memory of my freshman year was probably attending the Gonzaga game and then rushing the court afterwards. It was such a fun atmosphere and Butler’s school spirit really shined through at that moment for me.
Why did you choose Butler for your college experience?
I chose Butler for so many reasons but for me Butler really stood out because it is a smaller school, yet our sports are Division 1, and Butler’s students show so much school pride and spirit. When I visited here my senior year, I fell in love with the campus. Butler is gorgeous during every season (especially in the fall), and not only is it a beautiful place but everyone here is so genuine.
What can an incoming student expect as they look ahead to their first year at Butler?
Freshmen, look forward to everything Butler has to offer. You will love college. These are the best times you are going to have. Look forward to lots of late nights either studying or hanging out with friends. Look forward to the several basketball games you will attend. College is awesome; you are going to love it. Just make sure to take advantage of all the opportunities that head your way.
