What, in your opinion, makes Butler unique?
We are a small school that acts like a big school. You get great one-on-one attention in classes and it’s easy to get involved. You also live in the nation’s 11th largest city and get to cheer for all the division I athletics.
How did Welcome Week help you transition to Butler and life away from home?
There’s so much that’s part of a college student’s life. Whether it is academics or student life, Welcome Week gives you all you need to know about how to be a Butler student. If you skipped Welcome Week and tried to learn everything on your own, it would probably take you a full semester to figure everything out!
What can an incoming student expect as they look ahead to their first year at Butler?
This is going to be the most fun and memorable experience of your life. Savor every second of it. There will be times when it is challenging. But through the challenges, you will feel yourself change and you will become a better person because of it.
