What was your best memory of your freshman year?
My best memories are the little moments that I spent getting to know the girls in my hall at the dorm. Those late night milkshake runs and movie nights are still some of my favorite memories from freshman year!
What, in your opinion, makes Butler unique?
Butler is unique because there is such a sense of community on campus. The students here are always willing to help one another out, the faculty will do just about anything to make sure classes are going well for you, and there is nothing like being in the middle of a crowd at Hinkle during a basketball game! The Butler community is truly tight knit, and it is the people here that make it an amazing place to spend your college years.
What can an incoming student expect as they look ahead to their first year at Butler?
Incoming students should expect a lot of work, but also a lot of fun! Classes are more difficult than high school, and there is a bigger workload. However, in your free time you will also have the chance to build some great memories with friends. There is always something exciting going on on campus, and lots of different chances to try something new. Expect to study hard, but expect to have a blast in your off time!
