Librarians  will continue to schedule their own sessions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Room Scheduling  Irwin Library \u2013 IL GBR and IL 007<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Internal <\/em><br \/>\n1. Log in  to MyButler.edu and click on <a href=\"https:\/\/my.butler.edu\/\">https:\/\/my.butler.edu\/<\/a>.<br \/>\n2.  Scroll to \u201cCalendar &amp; Event Scheduling\u201d.<br \/>\n3. Click on \u201cschedule  an event\u201d and follow the prompts.<br \/>\nYou should receive an e-mail confirmation that is signed by Heather or Brad. This confirmation e-mail should mention the room number.<br \/>\nAlternately,  you can ask Heather to schedule the room for you.<\/p>\n<p><em>External<\/em><br \/>\nRefer  all requests to Heather or Conferences &amp; Special Events.<br \/>\nChecking  the availability of IL GBR or IL 007<br \/>\n1. Log in to MyButler.edu and  click on the \u201cview the My Butler Calendar\u201d link.<br \/>\n2. Select \u201cquick  search\u201d.<br \/>\n3. In the box labeled \u201cspace name\u201d type \u201cIL\u201d and then click  \u201cgo\u201d.<br \/>\n4. Click view events for the room you wish to check.<br \/>\n5.  Note that you can click on the colored reservation boxes to see the  details of a given event.<br \/>\nAlternately, you can ask Heather to check  room availabilities for you.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Room Scheduling IL 226 and IL  306<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Students can reserve via <a href=\"http:\/\/www.butler.edu\/library\/library-information\/library-services\">http:\/\/www.butler.edu\/library\/library-information\/library-services<\/a><br \/>\n2.
