Skilled Nursing

A Registered Nurse coordinates health care, oversees the patient’s progress, and advocated for the patient and family needs. The Skilled Nurse will educate on the following topics:

• Patient’s rights and advance directives
• Disease process and management
• Signs and symptoms of recurring illness
• Importance of medication and diet compliance

Per doctor’s order, our Registered Nurses provide skilled nursing care in:

• Diabetes management
• Wound care
• Venipuncture
• Infusion therapy
• Gastrostomy and nasogastric care
• Urinary Catheter care
