Their focus may include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supporting clients in their home health service needs<\/li>\n<li>Offering support and guidance for rehabilitation<\/li>\n<li>Providing coaching about life and its possibilities<\/li>\n<li>Providing counseling services for bereavement and grief<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate clients psychosocial status<\/li>\n<li>Provide appropriate community resources<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Medical Social Workers coordinate with various organizations in their pursuit to assist clients in finding resources and support to foster their healing.
